Esoteric Pro Audio moves to the new headquarters in Villafranca di Verona in 2020. The project initially had to include the production area, the office and the showroom, but as the works continued and then the structure took shape, a innovative idea that Mirko had hypothesized a few years earlier resurfaced, that of having a space where to propose music of quality with a particular, or even obsessive, attention to the quality of the acoustics.
The showroom space, which obviously had to have an environmental acoustic treatment suitable to best demonstrate the company’s production, turns out to have the potential to make that dream come true and therefore, in addition to the acoustics, it is equipped with lighting systems and furnishings to host the public. Starting from the end of 2021, the theater began to offer the first shows and now has a concert schedule where Mirko was finally able to make his wish come true. Attending a concert at the Esotericproaudio Theater is an experience that remains in the soul, exactly as Mirko had imagined it.

Il teatro ha una capienza di 160 posti a sedere, da ogni posto è possibile avere una ottima visuale e altrettanto ottima acustica. Il palco è largo 5,5 metri e profondo 4,7 metri con annesso un vano accessorio. La regia è cablata in analogico e la consolle è analogica a 40 canali, si tratta di un Midas XL3 con alcuni interventi sugli alimentatori per migliorarne le prestazioni, gli outboard comprendono 8 canali di compressione analogici e 2 banchi effetti stereo. Il monitoraggio sul palco è dotato di 6 stage monitor EPA Oboe da 1400W rms ciascuno. Il PA è un sistema Quartetto EPA con l’aggiunta di 2 ulteriori top Flauto per migliorarne la copertura in ogni singolo posto, amplificato con una versione hi fi grade delle elettroniche proprietarie di esotericproaudio come quelle del catalogo Hi End. Il teatro è dotato anche di un importante parco luci e proiettore video, capaci di creare atmosfere che rendono ancora più coinvolgenti gli spettacoli. Un piccolo angolo bar è disponibile per coccolare il pubblico.
